I rate my experience at Designer Suit Warehouse 5 stars. I received excellent customer service, and received really nice suits, expensive quality with affordability. I am more than satisfied by my experience. To be open and honest, I was shopping for suits for my loved one who is incarcerated and needed professional attire for trial. I have zero experience in purchasing suits, and I was anxious and overwhelmed with the process. I wanted my love on to look presentable. I shared this information and I received over the top help and expert opinions. I had to come back and purchase more I am just grateful that I found this place.

My husband and I recently visited Designer Suit Warehouse in Downtown Long Beach (DTLB). We had a great experience a year ago when we purchased a suit for our son, and today’s visit was just as impressive. My husband purchased two designer suits, which came with a package including a shirt and tie. To complete the look, we also picked up a pair of stylish Stacy Adams shoes. Although I don’t recall the gentleman’s name who assisted us, he provided excellent service—he was polite, attentive, and made sure we felt appreciated as customers. It’s refreshing to shop at a place where the staff genuinely make patrons feel welcome and valued. We left very satisfied and look forward to returning in the future!

Came here on the 12th of September. The service was excellent! Fredo and Eddy were very helpful in helping me pick a suit that would look great. I was impressed with their service and kindness. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a suit to come here and try them out!

This Canadian gives this place the seal of approval for great customer service. Helped me save money by getting only what I needed. attentive, super friendly, super on the ball and alterations same day. Forgot the gentleman's name - think it was the owner - the first day I came in (bought a tie and he threw me a discount because I mentioned I might be back for a suit), and the 2nd day was the lovely Alfredo, who helped me loads. and I'll say it again - same day alterations? whaaaat. Thanks guys, you made it a breeze.

Needed a jacket, dress shirt, pants & shoes for a dinner that night and designer suit warehouse did not disappoint at all! I went to other "top-rated" shops nearby and heard nothing but outlandish prices until I arrived here. The hospitality was on another level not only that but I got a tie and socks for a total of around $320. Honestly the best bang for your buck, considering one shop "Umbertos" tried charging me $400 for just a jacket - What a joke... So happy I came across this place as a last resort! I'll definitely recommend friends, not sure why they dont have many reviews.

My fiancé has purchased and tailored 2 suits here and both time the experience has been great! Alfredo helped us choose a wedding suit & tie and was very attentive and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are great! Perfect for all occasions.
